Quarter Fullblood Wagyu Beef — Standard Cut
$10/lb Hanging Weight
Processing Included
Our quarter Wagyu share is a simple way to stock your freezer with a balanced selection of Fullblood Wagyu without purchasing a half or whole animal.
Each quarter is a mixed quarter, meaning you receive a proportional selection of cuts from across the entire animal—not simply a front or hind quarter.
For a steer hanging at approximately 900 lbs, a quarter represents about 225 lbs of hanging weight, or approximately $2,250.
Professional harvest, cutting, wrapping, and vacuum sealing are already included.
What You’ll Receive
A typical quarter includes a balanced mix of:
Boneless ribeye steaks
Boneless New York strip steaks
Tenderloin/filet
Sirloin steaks
Other premium and specialty steaks
Ground Wagyu
2–3 lb roasts
Stew meat
Fajita meat
Brisket and/or short ribs
Other available cuts from your portion of the animal
Our premium steaks are cut approximately 1 inch thick.
Exact quantities and individual cuts vary slightly from animal to animal, but every quarter is divided to provide an equitable mix from the whole beef.
Standard Cut — No Cut Sheet Required
Quarter shares are processed using our Rocky Ridge Farm standard cut.
Unlike our whole and half Wagyu shares, quarter-share customers do not complete an individual cut sheet.
We have designed the standard cut to provide a practical balance of premium steaks, roasts, ground beef, and versatile everyday cuts that work well for most households.
That means you can reserve your beef without needing to learn butcher terminology or decide how every cut should be processed.
