Monthly payments are automatically charged to the payment method provided at checkout.
Early Payoff
You may pay your remaining balance early at any time.
To pay off your reservation, email Rocky Ridge Farm. We will calculate your remaining balance and send you an invoice.
Once the invoice is paid, we will cancel your remaining automatic monthly payments.
Missed Payments
If you know you may miss a payment, please contact us as early as possible. We may be able to offer short-term grace or make arrangements before the account becomes delinquent.
If two monthly payments are missed without prior arrangements, your reservation may be considered in default and canceled.
Payments already made are non-refundable when a reservation is canceled for nonpayment.
Cancellations & Transfers
If you choose to cancel your reservation, payments already made are non-refundable.
Reservations may not be transferred to another buyer without written approval from Rocky Ridge Farm.
If We Cannot Fulfill Your Reservation
Livestock are living animals, and occasionally illness, injury, death, or another unforeseen circumstance may prevent us from fulfilling a specific reservation.
If this occurs, Rocky Ridge Farm will first offer a comparable replacement lamb at no additional cost.
If we are unable to provide a replacement and cannot fulfill your reservation, all payments made toward the unfulfilled lamb will be refunded.
Final Payment
Your reservation must be paid in full before your processed lamb can be released for pickup or delivery.
By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
