  • 3/4" in Rib and Loin Chops
  • 2-3lb sirloin Roasts
  • 2-3lbBoston Butt Roasts
  • spare ribs
  • 1 1/4 short Ribs
  • 15-25lbs ground pork
  • hams cured and smoked and cut in half
  • hocks whole cured and smoked
  • Bacon cured and smoked and regular cut 1/8th thick
