- 2-3lb sirloin Roasts
- 2-3lbBoston Butt Roasts
- spare ribs
- 1 1/4 short Ribs
- 15-25lbs ground pork
- hams cured and smoked and cut in half
- hocks whole cured and smoked
- Bacon cured and smoked and regular cut 1/8th thick
