These pigs are a composition of heritage breed pigs, including Berkshire, Duroc, and old Spot.
They are carefully selected for marbling that isn't found in commercial pork so you get juice pork with that amazing flavor.
We raise them on a mix of pasture, forage hay and a small amount of supplemental grains.
Our pigs are long-raised and you can expect 175 to 200 lbs of meat for your freezer depending on how you choose to have it cut and processed and if you keep bones, organ meats, and lard.

Our prices are all-inclusive so you only pay one bill instead of paying the farm and the processor separately.

It includes standard processing and custom cutting and wrapping of meat, smoking of hams, bacon, and hocks. 1 flavor of bulk sausage. Links and brawts are generally available but will cost extra.
We will contact you 45 days before harvest for cutting instructions on your Pigs.
