This allows us to focus on quality and care, rather than rigid schedules or constant availability.

By reserving a freezer share, families fill their freezer with a whole animal or a portion of an animal, raised on our land and processed at a planned harvest. This provides a dependable supply of food they can plan around throughout the year, removing the uncertainty of trying to source meat week by week.

We offer freezer shares on Wagyu beef, Dorper lamb, heritage pork, and pastured poultry, each allocated by reservation only.
